3. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our Site is intended for adults — educators, school administrators, and parents/guardians. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us through the Site, please contact us at info@youniversallearning.com and we will promptly delete it.

Where our programs involve students under 13 (for example, mentoring groups or the digital curriculum), we collect and use student information only at the direction of, and under contract with, the student's school or district. In those cases, the school provides any required notices and obtains any required consents, and we rely on the school's authorization consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") guidance for operators working with schools. We use that information solely to provide the contracted educational services — never for marketing, advertising, or profiling students.
